Wicked Beaver Brewery Blood Eagle Artwork. Blood Eagle Viking Ale is inspired by the ales brewed during the viking era. The malts used are pale malt and biscuit malt. The malt is balanced out with the aggressive Warrior Hop. Juniper berries are added both in the mash and the kettle to add a fragrant cedar aroma on the nose. To finish off this unique ale, it is aged in red wine barrels which adds a mild tartness to the finish.
